Those conditions include background checks at least once every two years.<\/p>\n

Georgia also reduces recovery by your share of fault. Under O.C.G.A. \u00a7 51-12-33<\/a>, damages drop in proportion to your percentage of fault. If you are 50 percent or more responsible, you cannot recover any damages. Each at-fault person pays only its own share.<\/p>\n
