The injured person must also show that a specific and known physical condition of the premises, like a broken gate or a dark corner, created a risk of wrongful conduct substantially greater than the general risk of such wrongful conduct in the vicinity of the premises, and that the owner did not use ordinary care to fix it.<\/p>\n
